At StudyPilot, we aim to provide reliable, high-quality AI study tools. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for subscriptions purchased through our platform.

By purchasing a StudyPilot subscription, you agree to this Refund Policy.


1. Subscription Payments

StudyPilot operates on a subscription billing model.

When you purchase a subscription:

  • You are charged in advance for the selected billing period (monthly or annual).
  • Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.

2. Free Tier Availability

StudyPilot offers a free tier so users can test the platform before upgrading.

Because users can evaluate the platform before purchasing, refunds are limited to the cases described below.


3. When Refunds May Be Granted

We may provide refunds in the following situations:

✔ Accidental Duplicate Charges

If you were charged multiple times due to a system error.

✔ Technical Failure

If:

  • The platform was unavailable for an extended period, AND
  • The issue was caused by StudyPilot systems, AND
  • We could not resolve it within a reasonable time.

✔ Billing Errors

If you were charged incorrectly due to a payment system issue.


4. When Refunds Are NOT Provided

Refunds will generally NOT be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Forgetting to cancel before renewal
  • Partial usage of a billing period
  • Not using the service after subscribing
  • Academic outcomes (grades, results, or performance)
  • Dissatisfaction due to AI output quality (AI tools may vary in results)
  • Account suspension due to Terms of Service violations

⚠ Digital Access Clause (Important)

Because StudyPilot provides immediate digital access to premium AI tools, purchases are considered consumed once access is granted.


5. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel anytime.

Cancellation stops future billing only.

You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

No partial refunds are provided for unused time.


6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or payment provider:

  • Your StudyPilot account may be suspended
  • Access to paid features may be removed
  • We reserve the right to dispute invalid chargebacks

7. How To Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact:

Include:

  • Account email
  • Date of charge
  • Reason for request

We typically respond within 2–3 business days.


8. Processing Time

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider (usually 5–10 business days)
